Carson Capital is a partnership between a passionate entrepreneur and an experienced group of investors with a single goal in mind – acquire one great business and continue a sellers’ legacy. We are not a private equity firm seeking to diversify an existing portfolio or a strategic buyer aiming to implement “synergistic” cost cutting measures. We are operators looking to build something special and help steward a business’ growth into the future.

    • Resistance to economic cycles

Value to Seller

  • We will work closely with current ownership to assume management of the daily operations of the company. This provides the owner with the ability to walk away or stay involved in the business in a lesser role.

  • We have significant capital resources to provide immediate liquidity to business owners. Because of our size, there is no bureaucracy or unnecessary hoops to jump through. If a deal makes sense for both parties, we’ll get it done quickly and fairly.

  • The preservation of current ownership’s company is our highest priority - that includes building existing relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and the community in both the short and long run.
